Agreement
These terms apply when you access or use Tickido. If you use Tickido for a family, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement, and that you are authorised to manage the family information you add.
What Tickido does
Tickido helps families create and follow daily routines. It is a planning and motivation tool, not a safety, emergency, medical, school, counselling, or child-supervision service. You remain responsible for supervising children and deciding whether routines, rewards, and reminders are appropriate for your family.
Accounts and caregivers
Adults and caregivers manage Tickido accounts. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your family account without permission. Only invite caregivers who are allowed to access your family information, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Family content
You keep ownership of the routines, task labels, kid first names, avatars, completion history, and reward information you add to Tickido. You give Tickido permission to host, process, back up, sync, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, support your account, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Tickido offers a free checklist for one kid and one caregiver. A paid Tickido Family subscription unlocks multiple kids, multiple caregivers, and rewards. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal timing, cancellation options, and payment-provider terms are shown at checkout or in the billing portal. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal, but cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Where the law allows us to limit a remedy, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tickido to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, highly sensitive, or infringing information; interfere with the service; attempt to access another family's account; bypass security or rate limits; scrape non-public systems; or reverse engineer private systems except where the law says that right cannot be excluded.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Tickido reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes needed for security or compliance. We may add, remove, or change features, but we will not remove your non-excludable consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access where reasonably needed to protect families, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or prevent security harm. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue. You may stop using Tickido at any time and may request account deletion through the contact page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tickido is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by your content, your device, third-party services, internet outages, or use of Tickido outside these terms. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tickido changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify account owners or show the updated terms in the product before or when the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your location.
